Employees no longer receive a P60 at the end of the year from their employer. The P60 was abolished at the beginning of 2019 as part of PAYE Modernisation.
From now on, a P60 replacement called the Employment Details Summary (EDS) will be available to employees through their myAccount:
The EDS contains a summary of pay, income tax, USC, PRSI and Local Property Tax for each employment. You can print or save a copy of your EDS on MyAccount and use it in the same way you would have used a P60 for income verification purposes for financial institutions etc.
The EDS will be available in MyAccount, but employees are asked to wait until after the 15th of January to print or save the EDS as corrections could be made by their employer up until this point.
